Hello.

What IconPackage is that.  It may not have been made correctly. Or it was made so long ago that MS has changed things so it appears broken.

That's the application that applies the icons.  What icon set is it you are using?  What is the name?

It appears there is something wrong with folders in folders and it may be an artist design choice/bug.

I will alert the dev team.

You can, of coursec choose a different Live folder set in the Live Folder section (even using Windows Default). Delta and Plastica fantasic do not appear to have the issue

I had same problem. Try this: open IconPackager, goto Customize, then at the top where it says 'Icons & Cursors' choose 'folders', then in the list of icons double-click 'Live Folder (Data)'. You now need to select the same icon as the 'Live Folder (Back)' and click 'Apply My changes'
