Roll-up fence re-positioned after screen resolution change/return (as when a game executes)

Since Windows 10 does not allow you to quickly pick power profiles from the battery icon on the task bar, I created my own solution using roll-up fences.

I created .bat files that select the four different power plans I use and put links in a fence.  I set the fence to roll-up and then dragged it so just the title is visible above the battery icon:

Power1

Now, when I hover over the "Power" title, the fence unrolls upward to show the power plans.  Opening one of them runs that .bat file and selects the new power plan:

Power2

Unfortunately, there are some games I play that run in full screen mode.  They change the display resolution from my native 2560x1440, to something lower.  When the game exits, the native resolution is selected again and Fences 3 does a great job of keeping all the other fences and icons in the original position.  Except for these "unroll upward" fences.  They are changed so the title is now at the top of the fence area, and the fence unrolls downward.  So the screen now looks like this:

Power3

With the "Power" title way up above the Task bar.

If I de-select "Roll-up Fence" from the fence's View Menu and select it again, the title again drops to the bottom as desired, but I don't want to have to do this after every change in resolution (from a game or anything else that wants to present at a different full-screen resolution).

How can I have Roll-up fence with the titles that will remain at the bottom, so the fence always unrolls upward, and have the title coordinates of the fence title maintained?

I have the same problem with my Laptop and the 2 connected Monitors.

When the laptop is docked the main screen is one of the Desktopmonitors. These have a higher resolution then the Laptop.

So if when i undock the laptop the fences which are docked to the taskbar get moved upwards and when i return the laptop to the dockingstation the fences are somewhere in the middle of the screen.

It would be nice if Fences remembers that they are sticked to the lower border and return there even when the resolution changes.

Thanks
