Primary can't find secondary

Yesterday I switched from XFinity to UVerse and updated to Multiplicity 3.42. Now the primary doesn't see any computers on my network, but Windows Explorer sees them all and I can access them from the primary computer.

I've gotten support emails suggesting firewall issues, private/public issues; I've run the Purge_MP.bat file, the ERSupport.exe, uninstalled everything, reinstalled everything and turned anti-virus and Windows Firewall off and nothing works.

If I flip-flop the primary and secondary computers, it works but I don't want to run it that way.

Any other suggestions?

What error message does Multiplicity give when you configure the computer on the primary?

Had same problem. What is a good sequence for troubleshooting if Primary cannot find Secondary via the Internet?

Checked firewall, antivirus what next?
