fences transparent is background from my second monitor !

Hi!

I have some unusual problem with fence please take a look on the screenshot it says it all as i suck in explaining things .

basically the 2nd screen is reflecting the background of the main screen as transparency ! DUH .

This is a known issue with Windows10 and the blur setting. MS is being stupid.
We are trying to figure out how to work around them.
