Two Monitors of Different Size Don't Retain Settings After Time Passes

Something strange is happening when I run Fences with two monitors of differing sizes. I'm running Windows 10. Monitor #1 is a 22-inch display (main) and Monitor #2 is the IBM Thinkpad T420 display. I have Fences allocated on the 22-inch monitor. At some point in time (unknown), Fences seems to crash, the icons become distributed across the two monitors in a random pattern, and I must double click on the "Fences" icon (or right-click on a blank monitor section) and then restore a previous layout from a past snapshot.

The next time it happens, I'll grab screen shots.

What details do I need to provide and are there log files I can forward from the Fences application?
