After Uninstall Highlight Box Color Remains Differant

Hi all,

I recently had to uninstall the Stardock software from my computer. But the strange thing is after i uninstalled it one of the color changes i made still remains.

If i i go to make a selection by holding down left mouse button and draw a box, it is has a red/pink outline around it. also i reinstalled by desktop last night with a fresh copy of windows 10 and it is still present, almost like it synced as a theme?
