Question for Artists

ok i keep hearing bout all these 3d art programs and new grafix progs , i was just wondering if any of them are free and if so where can i get them from as i only have photoshop 6 and i cant seem to get the hang of 3d in it

Not that I recall offhand, spiritladyhawk69, but there is a nice southwest theme windowblind including the wallpaper by starone called Palo Duro: https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?searchtext=Palo+Duro&sort=updatedate&order=Descending&library=1 (If the link doesn't work you can do a search under either the author's name or the skin's name.)
