What causes the "Do Not Hide individual icon" from working. Old ver 2.0 works fine. With ver 3.01 the feature does not work on some old ones and no new ones.
I have even trying reinstalling update and reinstalling the entiprogram after removing the original program.

I wish I could get some help from your staff. If I delete Current version completely then reinstalling 3.01 from scratch, will the data files for the current fences that are installed be left. I have 3 screens of icons. I have spent 10 hours or more trying to fix this issue. I never had this trouble before installing the newly purchased version 3 & 3.01.
What happened to customer service? Isn't my time worth something too?

However, I have found your support case and made the Support team aware of it. It will be handled in the order it was received. Stardock doesn't have support on the weekends.
