Fences roll up/down

I like the new Fences version 3 white the "NEW! Roll up fences to the Title-bar for cleaner desktops."

but i want the fences on top when roll down! over other window

You may want to look at ObjectDock as it does what you describe.

No I have tested ObjectDock but I like Fences more. Fences are cleaner
