Can't move files to a Fence in windows 10

Hello,

I have upgraded to windows 10 and now cannot move any folders, shortcuts, icons etc to any part of my monitor. I upgraded another pc to windows 10 with no issues.

I uninstalled fences, rebooted my system, reinstalled Fences with no result. I have version 2.1 of Fences running. When trying to move a file, icone etc i get a circle with a line through it. When i did reinstall Fences three Fences were created and some icons, folders etc were placed in those Fences but I cannot move anything around on the monitor.

In addition, I cannot create a shortcut from my one drive folder to my desktop.
