Is this a new installation?

Did you have Fences 2 installed before this? Have you tried unistalling, rebooting and re-installing...you might have had a borked download.

Hi!

I had the same problem with Icon Packager 10, I don't know if it will work for you, but this is how I fixed it:

 

I must add that I first installed the latest .Net Framework, I tell you in case it was needed for the fix to work, but try without that first.

 

-Go to the install directory, find the "SdDisplay.exe.config" file and rename it to SdDisplay.exe.config.old

Hope it will work for you!
