Does anybody know what this means?

The ICONX.DLL file is linked to missing export SHELL.32.DLL:SHGetFolderLocation.

All of a sudden I can't use DesktopX.

I assume you're using Win98. This is an error that crept into the coding as I understand it as it references something unavailable in Win98.

It should be fixed in the next version
