Fences folders on the wrong screen on startup

Hey Stardock community,

I am having an issue with Fences 3. When shutting down and turning my PC back on the fences folders automatically go to the left monitor. On a reboot they are put on the right monitor where they are supposed to go.

This only happens when the machine is completely shut down. We are running a 4 monitor setup using some USB to VGA/DVI adapters. We have already tried reinstalling the software, tried every "Layout auto-adjustments" setting, deleted snapshots and remaking.

Also, restoring a snapshot that is in the correct orientation does not work. I click "restore snapshot" and simply nothing happens.

Any help will be appreciated. Thank you!!

Tried everything on that link already. Any other suggestions? Will run the SD Support utility and send ZIP to the support email.
