Fences 3 Activation

I just purchased Fences 3 and Deskscapes and while deskscapes activated no problem fences keeps returning an invalid key message.

I'm not using the same key as for deskscapes and i've tried both manually entering and copying it from my account page.

Also, I'd like to note, after trying to get a 30 day trial of these products stardock failed to ever send me an email which prompted me to just go ahead and buy the products. i already knew i wanted to anyhow. but even so, after purchasing the products i've yet to receive an email from stardock confirming my purchase or anything.

In fact, when trying to activate via my stardock account it tells me that fences isn't associated with this account.

wow, that's weird...

so, i downloaded the product key status file associated above and csv viewer and the product key listed in the csv file was completely different.

i used that key and it registered fine. now, under my inventory listing is a new entry for fences 3 with that key alongside what i presume is actually an entry for fences v1 which shows its particular key.
