Moving Fences does not move icons??

Am experiencing an odd behavior, when I move a rolled up fence it then appears empty, when I move it back to where it was, the icons are back. Unfortunately, after doing this if I do not reboot, the rolled up fences start acting up, can't add icons, if I move an icon it won't go back into the fence until I reboot.

If I move and double click to unroll, the icons are still gone!

Windows 10, 4 screens, dual video cards 1920 x 1080 resolution.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes I sometimes just can't move the fences with the icons in it ... I have to drag the fence where it was to sse icons again .

 

very annoying especially since all my fences went on my 2nd monitor for some reason ..
