start10 shows running, but i don't see it

from Stardock Forums

task manager shows start 10 running, but it doesn't show as start button. i've reinstalled, deleted, etc several times. no luck

 

task manager has

Stardock Start10 Configuration Utlilty (32 bit)

Starrtdock Start10 Serivce (32 bit)

Start10

 

windows button is not start10.

I have Start 10 Upgrade must I first install Start 8 on Windows 10 and then install Start 8?

If you are installing Start10 then no you should not install Start8 first.

Thank you but why it don't start? I see the three task but I have the normaly windows start button. No promt for activitation or else, nothing

Uninstall Start10, reboot (critical), reinstall Start10.  Does it work now?
