Anyone ever used gmax?

Ive played around with it but I cant ever make anything worth submitting.

I should be able to get my hands on 3ds max soon...(

)..tho, ppl say it isnt too different from gmax.

Also, is there anytone else here who likes to do walls with terragen?

If your on a budget, I've found Wings3D to be pretty good.

Hey EvenHorizon. I've used gmax for a while now, and then moved onto 3ds max.

gmax is exactly like 3ds max if you ask me, just not as many features. Here is a link for a good tutorial for gmax. http://www.discreet.com/products/gmax/
