(real answer) get cursorxp. If you're not using windowsxp you might be able to download the skin files and unzip them in winzip (you may have to change the file extention back to.zip first) and install them manually. You won;t get any special effects though.

The cusors? I'm not sure. You either mean:
cussors--an imaginary hick expression for "person who curses a lot"
or
cursors--the little thing you wave around on the screen with the mouse.
