Cannot activate Fences with product key or account

I purchased Fences in January and have installed it on a second computer today. I cannot activate it with either my password from the purchase or my account??

Help!!!!

I have tried consolidating, changing password on my account but when I enter the account password in the purchase screen

I get the message "Fences is not associated with this account"???

What next??
