Bug report: Fences can't be moved between desktop pages when there's any fence has more than 10 rows.

I have just installed Fence 3 yesterday, and it's an amazing tool to organize my desktop! But when I transported my desktop folders to Fences, I experenced a problem, that you can't move ANY fence between pages created earlier. I tried serveral ways to move fences, and I figured out that fences can be moved between pages only when there isn't ANY fence has more than 10 rows. In the mean time, icons on the desktop can be moved smoothly. Would you check this bug so I can put all my links on the desktop? Thanks in advance.

FYI, I'm using a Fences version 3.0.1 and Windows10 Build 10586.318. If you need futher info, just reply me.
