Folder Background Image

Issues with the file explorer background images not showing up in Windows 7

I'm currently running Windows 7 64 bit, with WindowBlinds 10 installed and in use.  Overall, the program does it's job well, except I'm having issues trying to get the file explorer background image to come up.  No matter what skin I use, it just remains white.

This is what I'm running into:  https://gyazo.com/577c5a615b7bead2dac6da6800fa53a8

I've already tried messing with the settings I had available, but to no avail.  I've tried searching the forums for this issue, but I keep getting troubleshooting for Windows 10, which doesn't help me at all.  Not even Google has been on my side with this.  Any advise would be appreciated, as I am fairly new to this program yet.
Thank you.

That area is not controlled by the file explorer background image, it is controlled by the image assigned in the Backgrounds area to the Edit Explorer background bitmaps in SkinStudio 10.

If the images in that area are the correct color, then is sounds like you have a setting wrong in Windowblinds, or a corrupt Windowblinds installation.
