I have purchased fences of version 2 last year , and I've got a Product Key. 

Today, I found Fences had upgrade to version 3 , in the official website, my question is :

Do I need to pay for the new version of Fences , if I hope to use the new one?

If you had purchased Fences 2 within the past 3 months, you would be entitled to a free upgrade.

Since you made your purchase earlier than that, you are entitled to a 50% discount on the price of Fences 3.
