no update to billing trouble ticket opened over a week without assignment

Hello,

please provide an update to:

   Ticket ID: OMF-921-41625
   Subject: order 3742283
   Department: Object Desktop - SDSoft
   Type: Issue
   Status: Open

I may have ended up with a 2nd ticket - View Ticket: #GBL-442-24247.

I've been waiting over a week and there has been no response nor assignment of my issue.

It appears you've been responding to your own ticket. Unfortunately that means you've reset your place in line over and over again. I'll be responding, but please note in the future, from the auto responding email:

"We have compiled some answers to the most common requests \ issues below.

We realize this will not help everyone with their reported issue, however:

If it does not, you do not need to reply to this email; we will answer your ticket in the order it was received. Please only reply if you have vital information regarding your ticket. Do not reply asking for the status on a ticket as it will reset the activity on it and push it farther down in the queue (this will further delay it being seen)."
