Where are my icons??

I just bought Fences 3. I had 91 carefully arranged icons on my desktop.

When I activated Fences, about 20 of them were put in 3 default fences, and the rest disappeared!

How can I organize them, if they no longer are on the desktop.

When I disable Fences, they reappear, but entirely out of the order I carefully had them in before Fences.

If there is no way for me to enable Fences and still see all my icons, how can I get an immediate refund?

With Fences enabled, hold both mouse buttons down and drag the cursor to the left and then to the right.  Do your missing icons show up on another page?

No, my icons are not on another page when I enable Fences.

And just enabling Fences to try it, it again clobbered my new arrangement by turning on automatic-arrangement-snap-to-grid when I disabled it.

There must be a simple answer to why it won't show most of my icons.

Otherwise, please tell me how to get a refund.

Could you go into the Color & Appearance section of the Fences configuration and un-check the "fade out scrollbars when inactive", and take a screenshot of your Fences?

I now see scroll bars on the folders, and all the icons are there.

I think I can take it from here!
