Fences disappear when desktop short is used

Whenever I hit the windows 10 desktop shortcut (bottom right corner or windows + D) all my fences disappear It takes a good 30 seconds to a minutue until they reappear. Does anyone else have this problem?

I had the problem with Fences 2 and now i have it with Fences 3.1
