Bug creating fences on desktop

Just installed Fences 3.0 in Windows 10 Enterprise.

When trying to create a fence by clicking on desktop and dragging, no "Create Fence" dialog pops up preventing me from creating any new fences.

Can you verify that Fences is enabled and that the correct mouse button is being used?

Can you also check that Fences is not locked?

Thanks, I had "lock fences" enabled. Working fine now!
