Cannot delete a Fence

Good Morning: 
I'm running Win 10, and purchased Fences (v2.13) on Apr 7, 2016. To my knowledge it has worked perfectly until today, when i was demo'ing Fences to a Win 7 friend:

I created a new Fence, added a folder and some shortcuts inside it, then eventually removed them and the folder, but could not remove/delete the Fence itself.  From reading various posts - I believe I should see an "X" at the top-right corner, which I should click...  Hovering over any part of the Fence - doesn't matter where - the X doesn't appear, nor is there any reference to the Fence in a properties dialogue, nor Explorer listing . Pressing "Delete" doesn't work, either. 

Secondly - does a Support Ticket require a different login than that of this forum? I tried to login to raise a support ticket, and it wouldn't accept my password.

Can someone help, please?

Right-click the Fence > View, and then make sure the fence isn't locked.

And yes, you need a separate login for the support site.

....and having just removed (using RevoUninstaller) and re-installed Fences - the Fence configuration and remove/rename functions are now in the Rt-Click "Properties" dialogue - as described in one of the earlier posts I had read.

So - it's fixed!! (There was no mention of Fence in the dialogue at all. Now - Windows 10 had an Update ythis morning - so it's eminently possibly that the Properties dialogue was over-written.)
