How do I get help/purchasing assistance?

We are trying to get support and/or purchasing assistance for Fences in a corporate environment with virtual computers. I have tried the support form...no reply. I have phoned the corporate sales guy, Matt Birch and left messages...no reply.

How do I get through to this company?
