Start8 and Hostnames...

Need to figure out which product key goes with which hostname

I have 4 or 5 Start8 licenses.  I'm upgrading one PC to new hardware.  How do I tell which key listed in my account went with which hostname? 

 

As a comparison, in my Norton 360 account, each entitlement shows it's associated hostname.  I then have the ability to "deactivate" a currently activated host so that the new instance can be activated.  How can I do the same thing with my Start8 licenses?  I trust Stardock was smart enough to do a similar thing...

 

Also, I'm contemplating moving from Win8 to Win10.  If I did, would Start8 work on Win10?  If not, is the license either upgradable or transferable?
