if u cant log-on how did u make this thread?

I can log on to the Web Browser, but it won't let me log on under My Account so I can search, download themes etc. ???

No...everything is the same as it always has been, however, I DID put WC on my laptop computer, but I am NOT logged onto that, I'm on my desktop....could that be the problem?

happened to me too bout 30 minutes ago. workin fine now.

i just closed it out for awhile. i figured problem with servers or something. i couldnt even get on skinbrowser. but all is well now. (with crossed fingers) are you back on now princess^hirmer?

I sure don't know, I did everything I was told to do, deleting all the stuff, but it's just strange that I can log onto the browswer and not my account.

all the other stuff you lost i really don't know. have you tried tools/edit account? that seems to have been a problem with some peoples in the past.

Tools? Edit Accout? Where would I find that? The only thing I can do in my account that is highlighted is "Create a new account."

Try it again, I just refreshed your account. I didn't see anything that would cause this but I can't see very much in the user accounts. make sure you're using the right email to log in with. If it still doesn't work, it'll probably require T-Man to help.

sorry. top left on sdc toolbar. click tools and you should see 'edit stardock.net account'

If you are in the Skin Browser, click on View in the top menu, click on each of the first three update choices one by one and see if that helps... if it doesn't I have another idea, so let me know....

T-Man had to fix mine in SDC for OD. Seems I had somehow managed two different AOL accounts that was still active in Stardock, although I had changed to another ISP and cross referenced everything. For some reason, those AOL accts, had vanished from sight. I would have never figured it out on my own until T-Man asked me to test SDC on windows ME.

Just thought I would pass that along, because now everything works great.

Just another reason to stay away from AOL....
