Help me please, you wonderful people

Okay, I downloaded a theme from the Nintendo website, which has the extension .sdtheme.... but i can't find anywhere that tells me how to use the file! If you open it as a zip file, it contains:

preview.bmp
SuperMarioSunshine.ico
SuperMarioSunshine1024.jpg
WinStyles.ini
Icon Packager
WindowBlinds

If anyone could give me a clue (or just tell me) how to install this theme, I would be happy to hand over exactly one hearty thank you, and some invisible kudos

first, download windowblinds, icon packager and windowblinds (go to https://www.stardock.com for links to the demo versions). then install them and read the instructions that come with the programs.

then... have fun.
