Uploading Skin

Hi...I uploaded my first skin to have it reviewed...and until yesterday(Friday) it was in the "My Skins" section and it said "Waiting Approval" but today it's missing from the "My Skins" section....does this mean I was declined?

If you submitted a wallpaper and it is now gone, then it was not accepted. We reject more than we accept, so you will only receive an email notification if it is accepted. If it was some other type of skin, you would normally receive a rejection notice with a reason.

What is top quality? Walls that are made using talent and not a filter.
