I want to put WC etc on my laptop computer, how do I do this? and will all my files that I have downloaded transfer over?

You will need to download the Wincustomize Browser to your laptop and install it there. It won't transfer your downloads, but if your computers are networked, you could copy them manually.

I purchased WC, will that version transfer?

If you go to https://www.wincustomize.com/resources.asp?cmd=4 you will see a link to download the WC Browser and your serial number. Just install that on your laptop, put in your email address and password, and you'll be all set.
