installing a window blind

what is the proper way to install a window blind? i am running XP i tried extrating to windows/resources/themes, no go. also tried windows/system32, no go

After you download it, doudle click on it. Right click on your desktop and select properties. Then appearence and select the blind you want or browse for it then select it.

that didn't work either there was no option to browse for file

You need to install the program WindowBlinds first. http://www.windowblinds.net

Then follow WOM's instructions above.
