Launch not working and your captcha on contact page is broken

Hi,
I renewed my object dektop subscription today and downloaded launch to enable a dock on my windows 10 machine. After installing and restarting the machine, when attempting to launch 'launch' it just opens my start menu. Can you please explain how I can fix this?

p.s I had tried to submit this using your contactus page.. but the captchya literally won't accept the letters... even though they are correct (tried literally 10 times)

I made it to 15 attempts on the captcha before I said forget it. Glad to know I'm not just losing my marbles. Hopefully it gets fixed soon so I can add more info to my GalCiv ticket.

Launch only adds a dock to a full screen start menu (like it was in Win8)... Also called tablet mode...
