125% dpi every skin is blur
my notebook is 15 inch 1920x1080,i use 125% dpi on win10 x64,but every skin elements looks blur.

another issue is right part of taskbar cannot be skinned.

can someone help me?

125% dpi would naturally blur the graphics where the graphics are fixed size.
This shouldn't be a problem as if you have your screen set to 125% dpi then it is assumed you have a higher resolution monitor and so the entire thing is the same size on screen just with more dots per inch.
Given you have that res on a 15" screen, your dpi should be very high and so no blur should be visible in use (vs a zoomed in screenshot). The alternative would be to paint them at native size which in your case would be pretty small.
Regarding the other issue, that should not be the case. Do you have anything unusual added to your taskbar?
Because that skin (or all skin in WB) not support high DPI, I have a 1440p monitor and using 125% DPi too !
SVG is currently not implemented instead of tga or png so this error will occur. its technically nearly impossible to fix. Not matter what OS you use.
