I just installed this version and BANG, it logged me in whereas none of the previous versions would. I am using ME and this thing is working flawlesly.

I like it.

I've got the opposite problem to Jake.
The old version logged me in perfectly but now it doesn't

I spoke too soon, it woked fine last night, but this morning it logged in but would not recognize my OD Email address, then after correcting that, it would not recognize my serial number. Then suddenly, it began to download available files and locked up my computer until I was faced with the BSOD.

I am going to wait for the final release now as there were some other minor issues as well.

All in all, I think everyone is in for a treat when this finally comes out, some really cool stuff in there for eveybody.

JamMeister33: I expect it will be ready when it is ready, but it all seems to work pretty well as it is at the moment as far as I can see.

Thank you, Martin...
I'll wait for the released version.

Hello _Martin_, here is a stupid question for you; if you downloaded SC Saturday is that v0.92 or v0.93? I changed from CM to SC and un-installed Component Manager but in doing so I lost all records of my downloaded programs. I do not want to do that again.I don't know if that is what you do but I un-installed and reinstalled most of the programs again(Icon Packager,DesktopX,WindowBlinds)
Do you have to do that every time? I am starting to share the same philosophy as

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the hard work that goes into trying to provide us with alpha and beta versions of the stardock software; however, I am tired of using my expensive computer equipment as a guinea pig which so far has caused me many problems and many headaches. I will wait for the released versions of everything from now on. There is no way that I would try using anything but a released version at this point.

Sorry, forgot to post the Download Linke: http://storage.stardock.com/files/stardockcentral093.exe

Most of the logon problems have already been sorted out. Most of them were do to that SDC now requires password validation and many people had not re-entered their password.

Stardock Central will be going 1.0 within the next couple days.

I must have a very lucky machine lol. I install betas all the time, and almost never have I had an issue with them. Occaisionally I'll try one and it won't work well, and I'll uninstall it, but with XP that famous BSOD has yet to rear its ugly head. Even an Explorer crash has not happened.
But I suppose with most everything YMMV. I've just missed those fun moments of crashing (he said sarcastically).

Gadget Girl, in SC, go to the help menu, pick the about button, and it gives you the version you are currently using.

Thank you feline. It is v0.92.Do I have to un-install the current version I have for the newer version.I am not sure what to do. Just a little confused.I had to reinstall some of my programs with the last install because for some reason it did not do an update of my programs.
