Failed to parse from URL error?

I get this about every other time that I download a skin via the WinCustomize Browser.

Anyone know what this is?

may just mean that the server hiccuped. can you try again and get a successful download?

Ya, it generally downloads fine, but I get it on this machine like evey other download attempt. At home I don't ever get it. Firewall/Proxy perhaps?
