[1.6.1] Wrong relations displayed in UP screen

In the tooltip in the United Planets screen the wrong relations are displayed. I have At War with the Krynn and Allied with the Iridium, this is false for both.

Also, why are the images for the Snathi and Torians squished?

I replied to the automated email with a save game attached that is 1 turn before a UP meeting.
