Multiplicity Upgrade offer

Hello there!
 
Well, I went to purchase the Multiplicity Pro upgrade for $14.99, but the server told me I did not qualify because I don't have 'Multiplicity'. 
 
But I do; it's in my Object Desktop.
 
I hope you guys at Stardock help me straighten this out.
