Is there anything in Object Desktop that can make win 7 clocklook like win 10 clock

Like I said I'd like to skin my clock to look like win 10 clock . it is big when you open it has easy to read everything.

I think you're talking about the large clock/calendar combination that appears when you click on the taskbar systray clock?  If so, the answer is "not really".  Your best bet would be to peruse the Desktop Gadgets gallery and see if there is a clock you like:
