I have a ticket open with support as of yesterday morning for my order earlier in the week. No one has responded to the ticket. I still haven't received any kind of order confirmation.

What is your ticket number? Support can take up to 48 hours depending on ticket load.
The ticket was just responded to; I was being pushy to see if I could move it along.
