Had to remove most apps from Windows 10 x64 as my machine grinds to a halt and behaves strangely

I would appreciate some support.  Used Fences a while back, binned it off but recently needed to use something to sort my desktop out.  So I went for Fences, was offered Objects desktop so bought is and installed some of the elements.

I have now got Fences and the Windows 10 start menu installed having removed the other parts I had installed.

I have now still got the problem where fences disappear, the icons jump all over the place and when connecting my laptop to a docking station the fences jump to other screens unless I set the laptop screen as the main screen.

This is rather frustrating having paid for the product.
