ive been a fan of your website for some time now...wallpapers...icons...etc..and u still provide icons and cursors and stuff..But when you say you have the finest collection of wallpapers on the web..youre dead wrong..first of all you have to sign in ...and after about 100 wallpapers it pormpts you to become a full fledged member..themexp.org doesnt do that...you have mostly abstract and repeated wallpapers that have just been updated..themexp.org doesnt have that......what im saying is your wallpapers arent that great and your to picky about how one can obtain any wallpaper of their choice...themexp.org has awesome collections of everything and anything...more wallpapers than you..and doesnt require you to forcefully sign on to enjoy your viewing pleasure...In conlusion most of your wallpapers SUCK...you need to stop being so uptight about them...and last but not least when you put up a name for yourself like "the finest wallpapers on the web" dont forget there's always something better than yours...thank you and have a nice day...AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.....!!!!! > > >

Not to mention that at least 25% of the walls on ThemeXP are rips, unauthorized manips or just some schmuck that found a cool one and posted it as his. I got tired of e-mailing Greg for removals. Obviously they don't moderate or check submissions at all.....

i have yet to find a great site for tiled wallpaper. anybody know of a few good ones? i like to leave my background clean to bring out the the bang of windowblinds and the rest.

Well, first off "Best" is a subjective word. What the origonal poster feels is "Best" will differ from mine for that very reason. I find it interesting WC supposedly has such bad WP's that you maxed out on freebies and then complained. Seems to me if they were as bad as poster claimed why did dl any to begin with.

Themexp site is an okay site to be fair and when I used StyleXP it was one of my main resouces but i think in over a yr only saw one WP there I liked and Downloaded so to me WC's Wallpapers are better as Ive pulled more of those than themexp's.

In the end the origonal poster is just upset there free lunch is over hehe. Obviously must be something there they still want since hit the limit

She downloaded 221 megs of stuff. It's really hard to take her argument seriously.

I personally think Digital Blasphemy has the best walls out there but it costs several dollars per month. ThemeXP is free when it's up though.

just to add... this isn't a wallpaper site, the wallpapers here only exist to complement the skins... this is a skinning site, I am happy for the people to make wallpapers here and upload them, they do a great job, but very few are available because this is Skinning site, you come here to download SKINS... but I consider making a wallpaper to be a starting point... almost everyone moves on after that to other, more complex things... and of course as Jafo was hinting if you don't like it here go away... you won't be missed

She has a point with repetitive abstracts though. Glassy spheres, pipes, hoses, in blues, greens, greys, oranges...spikes...I know, my taste is not the average, but I get quickly desinterested when I look at some. I had a dispute with Jafo long ago, but he is actually a great help for this site and as such I appreciate his efforts and time. It shouldn't be a big deal if you can't find some that will stay for a long time on your puter. There are lots of other sites within the community that can provide for your liking. Jafo taught me that
