how can i change my icons to look big .. and when i scroll over it it does a cool thing .. ! i saw on my friends computer but he wont tell me how he did it ?

could someone please tell me how ?

nice friends you have there.... Well, I don't use iconpackager, but you need that proggie, so if you already have that one, get yourself a new cool theme.

I am guessing your friend uses either desktop X with zoomers, or Object Dock.

GM is right, what you have seen are either zoomers (In DesktopX) or icons in Stardocks free ObjectDock program, which grow when you mouseover them.
So, you need either DesktopX, or ObjectDock to achieve the same look as on your friends computer.
