Customizing Fences does not apply to Portals?

Hello All,

I'm using Fences 2 in Windows 7 64bit. In the "Adjust color & appearances" section I can choose between Never/On mouse over/Always for the fences appaearence.

These options however only effect the Fences, and do not have any impact on folder portals. Am I missing something?
