I want to change the XP loading screen. I found the coolest Star Trek pic to use to.

well are u talking the first boot up screen, or ur logon screen, because the first boot up screen, is extremely hard, involving unpacking a certain windoze kernel if i remeber correctly, but if u just want to change ur welcome/logon screen, you can use logon studio
