windowsblind appears to be disrupting IE ???

Since using windowsblind (several themes...all cause the same issue) when I am clicking on links, the page just quickly refreshes but does not load up the page. Now...I know you think its just a link issue (ie broken link) but....this happens when I go to Google and try to click on search result links. The only way to fix it is to shut down IE and restart it. A bit annoying to say the least

Any thoughts?

It is appearing more and more that this is an issue with many Windowsblind themes? Or it is an issue with the program itself? I'd really like to track down a fix for this...not being able to open multiple windows using Windowsblind will likely result in my not using it at all and not being willing to risk purchasing another product that may invalidate key features of web surfing.

I'm not sure if I've seen that but I have noticed sometimes when I click on a link in IE my whole desktop including taskbar, scrollbars, etc all flicker like I just applied a new skin.

Are you using a pop-up stopper? They can cause windows to not open if ctrl is not held down, at least for me (unless a UIS1-type skin is used)

Nidisa, I haven't had anything like those problems you're experiencing with WindowBlinds and IE on either W98 or XP. How does IE work if you're not using WB?

IE and the new windowblinds have a feud going on and until they have the final shootout it is best to just stay clear of the flying debris.

Internet explorer and the new version of windowblinds has a skinning issue. IE works but doesn't skin half the parts. NOt one version of wb 4 has worked to date.

Delicious: Thats an issue thats not been reported to us as far as I know.

Are you sure you are not using Webblinds rather than WB?

If not, then please post on the newsgroups (news.stardock.com) and provide screenshots of the problem.

Ok will do as soon as I install it again. I am using 3.5 because all the parts skin and having many not showing in the beta was driving me crazy.

One particular was looked at by David and he said that was a global problem and was not working on other skins. THe panel back first frame.
