Windows XP Theme......for other windows 9.x

When i load the xp themes.. the taskbar doesn't change.. like it doesn't change to the green start menu. it only changes to a silver, olive, or plain default blue looking taskbar. not the actual looking ones on the real xp. is there a theme that has a better xp look?

OH yeah and the scrollbars dont change either. Only the title bars and things. itll show the arrow from the scrollbar but when i click on it it shows the older boring flat scrollbar. is there any version of windows blinds that skins everything?

If you're on W98, with an XP supporting skin the taskbar and of course start menu won't look the same. I haven't noticed that the taskbar only changes to the colors you mention, but I know it won't look the same as in XP. You would need the ObjectBar app and set it to use the XP style of the WindowBlind you're using to get it to look as it was intended. Hope that's what you were asking about.

Scrollbars: I use WB 3.5 on my work Win98 pc and (depending on the skins perhaps) I have skinned scrollbars, at least I'm pretty sure I do. Are you talking about scrollbars on IE or other apps? I'm not at work so I can't check.
