Desktop Pages Enabled cause HDD activity

This happened on Windows 7 and 10(current). Fences V2.13

Desktop Pages while enabled will cause heavy write activity on HDD and probably SSDs(I don't have one). Confirmed by HDD activity light and Task Manager.

A previous post in 2012 mentioned this problem and suggests disabling Desktop Pages.
